Megan Barker
I'm a graphic designer currently based in Vancouver, BC. I found my passion for design in 2015 when I started my online business doing brand development and consulting for women entrepreneurs. Although I loved the excitement and challenges of the startup process, after running my business for 5+ years I felt called to express myself more artistically in my career.
My graphic design journey came full circle when I went back to school to finish the exact same program I had started almost a decade prior! In 2022 I graduated with honours from Lasalle College Vancouver with a Graphic Design & Foundation for Design Diploma and was awarded the Outstanding Achievement Award.
A little more about me
Ever since I was a young home-schooling kid growing up in Victoria, I've loved being creative: drawing, writing, beading jewelry, sewing and designing my own clothes, and having the freedom to follow my curiosity (thanks to my Mom & Dad!).
During the dark Canadian winters I try to escape to Mexico as often as possible to visit my sister, see friends, and get inspired by all the bright and lively colours.

I'm a beach bum at heart, sharing music is my love language, and being home with my cats and plants is my happy place!
